E-Media Ink Order Process Timeline

1. Contact us with any questions about your project, or for help with your Master or Artwork.  Design templates are available to assist in the design of your artwork.
2. Send us a hard copy of your Master CD or DVD.  Disc artwork may be emailed to mac@emediaink.com (please compress/zip/stuff before sending) or upload to our ftp site for larger files.
3. We will contact you to arrange payment.  All new customers are pre-pay on the first order (30 day terms may be established with a completed, approved credit application), half of the order payment is due at the time of the order, with the remaining half due when your order ships. 
4. Your order will be processed when your Master, Artwork and payment are received.  Turn-around time is typically two weeks.  Rush service is available for an additional fee.  Please call if you need expedited service.
5. You must sign an authorization form that you have the right to replicate the contents of the master that you provide.
